Check these six details
- Timing: has the offer started, and is it still within the stated expiry?
- Customer eligibility: is it for a first order, a particular membership or a qualifying account?
- Products: are your items included? Sale lines, particular brands and gift cards may be excluded.
- Minimum spend: does your qualifying basket reach the threshold? Delivery and excluded items may not count.
- Other promotions: can the code be used with the promotion already in your basket?
- Entry: paste the complete code into the retailer’s promotional-code field and check for unwanted spaces.
Look for confirmation before payment
A copied-code message on Pocket confirms the copy action; it does not confirm that the retailer will accept it. Apply the code on the retailer’s website and look for the discount in the order summary. Some offers are automatic and have no code to paste.
Do not spend more without doing the sums
If the code needs a higher basket value, compare the cost of your original order with the proposed larger order. An extra item can cost more than the discount saves. Buying directly without that code may be the better choice for your budget.
If the conditions seem to match
Use the retailer’s support service for a checkout or order issue. You can also tell Pocket about an unclear or outdated listing, including the retailer and offer title. Do not send payment-card details or passwords. Pocket does not process the purchase and cannot apply a discount to the retailer’s checkout.
