Privacy notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This notice covers the Pocket UK Savings website and app, operated by Nathan Carter under the Flawless Commerce brand. For privacy questions, email getcarter07@hotmail.co.uk.
Favourites and saved offers
Your favourites and saved offers are kept in local storage on your browser or device. Pocket does not send this list to its server or require an account. You can remove individual items in Pocket, or clear the website’s stored data in your browser settings. Removing the app may also remove its local data.
Technical information and hosting
Our website and offer service are hosted by Netlify. Requests may include your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. This information helps deliver and secure the service and diagnose faults. Our basis for operating and securing Pocket is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service. Netlify’s processing and retention are described in its privacy policy. Its services may process information outside the UK.
Offers and affiliate links
Pocket’s server retrieves offer information from Awin. Your saved preferences are not sent with that request. When you follow an affiliate link, Awin and the retailer receive information needed to process that visit and may use cookies or other tracking under their own notices and choices. Review Awin’s privacy policy and the retailer’s policy before purchasing.
Analytics and advertising
Pocket does not add analytics or advertising trackers to this website or app. Local storage supports the favourites and saved-offer features you choose to use. Third-party websites you visit have their own settings.
Copying a voucher code
When you tap Copy code in the app, Pocket writes that voucher code to your device’s clipboard. It does not read or collect the other contents of your clipboard.
If you email us
We receive your email address and the information you send so that we can answer your enquiry. We use this on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing support and handling business enquiries. Correspondence is kept while handling your enquiry and for as long as a relevant record is needed to resolve follow-up issues or meet legal obligations. Email providers process messages as part of delivering the service.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. Contact us using the email above. Local preferences held only on your device can be removed by you. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office with a data-protection concern.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when Pocket’s information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
